Every sorority chapter goes through ups and downs. If your organization is having a rough time, there are things you can do to correct course, mend the holes and set a course towards success!
Set Goals:
The chapters who forget to set goals, or who set unattainable goals, only hurt themselves…

FUN ICEBREAKERS:
1. Have bowls of skittles or M&Ms on tables and ask the PNMs to take as many as they want but not to eat them. Then they have to say a fact about themselves for each piece.
2. Have a variety of different types of candies. Each candy is for a different question/fact. For example, if you pick a Kit Kat you have to say what your favorite movie is, pick a Snickers & you say where you would want to go on vacation, etc…
3. Write questions on a beach ball and have everyone sit in a circle. The ball is thrown from person to person and wherever someone’s thumb lands is the question they must answer.
